My central locking is not working. My boot is locked. Tried both keys and manually with key. Was suggested it could be fuses but changed no 8 but do I need to check them all? Also have back fuse box. Help dont know where to start!!

Both sides are on so not the parking lights; I have pulled all relays and they are still on so I have pulled out the only thing which turns them off which is a wiring "clump" in the rear fuse box.
