Vauxhall Monterey Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss Problems

It just cut out while driving and keeps turning over but won't start

put key in press fob to clear alarm but engine clicks the lights come on dash board doesnt start

iv got a flatspot between 60 - 65 mph, it feels like im running out of fuel. iv tried fuel treatments & iv changed fuel filter but its still there, any idea,s ?

I can be driving along quite merrily and all of a sudden the car just cuts out. leave it a few minuites and its fine. its not the battery or alternator please help i'm getting desperate.
