Vauxhall Combo Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss Problems

no live to glow plugs. dashboard light doesn't come on. found relays and control box drivers side. changed relay. still same problem. starts eventually when cold. starts fine when warm. no light on dashboard at all runs fine once started.

Van has no power, it will only reach 65 mph, and every time I try to exelirate it Huddersfield and losses power when I hit a hill
