Vauxhall Combo Gearbox & Clutch Problems

Crunches when going into reverse now very difficult to find any gear

The clutch pedal on my combo at times nearly goes to the floor. You not have to pump it to get it back, you just need to touch. Is there a electronic solenoid to maintain the clutch pedal.
