Vauxhall Cavalier Gearbox & Clutch Problems

Gearbox & Clutch Problems and faults
When car is just started and been standing for a while and i drive i hear a noise

then after a few yards driveing fast like normal speed down the A55 it stops. i not sure if it is fan belt trouble or something eles any ideas?
