i changed my fuse for cigerette lighter today and didnt no what one so took several out to find it after i tried putting sterio on and it says safe what can i do ??

I tryed a new radio in my car it would not work so i put the sony 1 back in that worked and now that wont work i tryed the fuse it is ok so i tryed my brothers radio in my car and that wont work ???

Has anybody every had problems with their boot not opening? Electrics? The window wiper squirter doesn't work either? Could this simply be the fuses?

The car heater takes about 15 minutes to heat but only goes lukewarm at best. not good in this weather
