1998 Rover 600 Problems

The engine management light is on and i was wondering if that would stop the engine turning over when i try to start the car ,there is absolutely nothing at all happens can anybody help please

if i take a h1 conversion kit out of my old car,will i be able to fit it in my new car which is h7?

my doors wont lock.the problem seems to come from the rear pasenger door(but not sure)also what size wheels or pcd will fit on my project(rover 618i).
