junction box 3wires black. orangewhite.brownwhite. came off back engine engine light on and bit sputering wen cold

JUNCTION BOX 3 WIRES BACK ENGINE COME OFF BUT WERE FROM ENGINE LIGHT ON

I found about 5 litres of water underneath the spare tyre, and do not know where it came from. The carpet was wet and beginning to get mouldy. There is no obvious sign of damage or holes in the body work.

can't open car with key fob or keys iknow you can overide this but the book i require is locked in the car any solutions please
