2001 Rover 25 Problems

When turning the key the engine will not turn over, but an alarm sounds & it sounds like a bell ringing but can not see any lights on dashbord

hi i have a 2001 rover 25 1.4 16valve the problem is it sits at near 2000 rpm when idileing and when driving it chugs as if its starving of petrol can anyone please help me.

When i start the car cold It's fine but after a while when the engine has warmed up it stars to rev at about 2000rpm at idle, what is causeing this and what can i do to solve the problem ??

Both front electric windows have stopped working when I press the button it makes a load of noise but nothing happens. The windows were change from manual to electric when I bought the car, if that helps.

The blower is numbered 0-4 but will only work on 3&4 which is full blast. 2 worked up until yesterday.
