Hello I have a Megan mk3 1.5 DCI 2011 with manual transmission. When I start it, it does not want to enter any speed, and if it goes off, it enters speed. What could be the problem? Thank you

Engine making clicking noise

Engine is very loud and making a fast clicking noise. Checked oil, that’s all fine.
