Peugeot 407 Gearbox & Clutch Problems

I have an 407SW turbo diesel 5 shift. I can not shift into 1 and 2 gear after reverse cable snaped off. I have change the two cables and the reverse is now OK but I can not still shift into 1 and 2.

I change my gear oil when hot...now the car can't go beyond gear 3

Dificulty in changing out of 5th gear when car is hot. When car is cold, no problem.

This pops up on the display. and yesterday I experienced some difficulties climbing up a small hills it doesn't climb or pull.
