2000 Peugeot 406 Problems

My car peugeot 406 1.8FLY engine- when the car accelerates around 1000-1400rpm the engine starts to hesitate and same when the engine decelerates. Also the purge valve works continuously even when the engine is heated.

especialy when pulling off- like u have gone into the wrong gear; also LOTS of black smoke when it does it. this is an intermitant falt 6/10 times maybe. had a new EGR, turbo colenoid thing, nothing wrong with injectors or turbo pressure. ...

there is a knocking coming from the front of my 2000 peugeot 406, when i turn the steering. sometimes the car pulls to the left and feels bouncy too. any ideas???

Recently my car battery went flat after charging the battery and starting the car it now revs up straight away and I have to switch the engine off. Before the battery went flat the car was fine whats wrong with my car please help

the air bag light is on and we checked manual and turned it to off with the key where it advised us to do but it is still staying on....very worrying?
