The problem is there is NO display the Radio is completely dead, I need to be able to reactivate it . The fuse has been replaced but still nothing. The led display that pops up doesnt even do that. Any ideas

Every cooled start makes the engine vibrate violently with the RPM not going beyond 4,000 and sometimes, engine goes off. Once allowed to run for a while, it stabilizes and runs smoothly again.
