Peugeot 308 Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres Problems

The car drives great until you hit uneven roads where the back seems to step out. Sometimes have to make quick adjustments to the steering wheel to correct it. Feels unstable. Any help ?

The brake was going all the way down yesterday when pressed. Now an engine maintance bulb went on once, and a service bulb remained on in red. The ac is also not working since the service bulb went on.
