Peugeot 307 Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss Problems

faulty petrol injector diagnosed and replaced but idle speed now doubled. no other faults

It start shaking on the fist gear. And dont the 1,2,3 gears easy. You need force to put it. What may be the problem thanks for the help

Water temperature gets up to 90% very quick then starts running rough and stalling if not given high revs on pull off top rad pipe gets hot bottom rad pipe cold
