Peugeot 207 Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres Problems

The car starts an after a few km , begining to send - electric circuit faulty, Abs faulty, eng man system faulty, and the engine die. and it doesn't start anymore. After several hours , starts and die again. please help

No power steering, booked in to local Peugeot dealer where purchased. Dealer says no communication between computer and steering rack.wants 98 £ per hour for further investigation.
