Peugeot 207 Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights Problems

After driving for a short time it happens I've put new battery on but still hapoening

I had my headlights changed and since then I keep getting warning lights up saying all my lights need changing. The garage ran a diagnostic and came up empty. Does anyone know what else I could get checked?

Since last posting multiple garages have tried to solve the problem, end result is abs/esp unit cannot communicate. All this from having my clutch changed. What can I do to fix this?
