Peugeot 107 Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss Problems

on my dashboard my catalyticconverter warning light has come on. i have had a new cat fitted but the warning message is still there and my car is juddering still. i also have a orange shape flashing on the dash board.

Haven't run car for a couple of weeks, jump started it today, left it running for a while, turned it off and now have bright ignition lights but car won't even try to turn over!
