Engine blocks in 3rd gear.

Blocks in 3rd gear. When I stop for 10 minutes it clears for a while then does it again.

L200 61 reg - gear change issue on a manual gearbox does not change down 4th to 3rd . All other gear changes are fine from 4th to 5th or 4th to 2nd is this a clutch issue as no noise vibration from gearbox no crunching

Manual gearbox not changing from 4th down to 3rd but all other gear movements fine. No noise or vibration it’s as if u hit a wall trying to make this one gear change. Could it be a faulty clutch issue
