2000 Mercedes Benz E Class Problems

When I start the engine the electric fan comes on and stays on all the time and on only goes off if I turn the engine off.

I recently post loss of asceleration problem where my car lost power when light came on it is still happenening but less often any other clues what it might ,i have changed the brake light switch before the abs and bas light came on now on...

i am driving my car when the BAS/ESP light comes on and then i loose aceleration but engine just runs on idle i then have to stop and restart the engine this resets and i can continue till it does it again any clues
