Traction ABS and hand break warning lights

Not enough current supply

Smoking engine when starting car.

when i start my car after being left overnight it smokes really bad,its burning about 1'lt of oil a month.the smoke burns off after about a 1/4 of a mile.....valve stem oil seals????? if so what would be a reasonable price for a mechanic to...
