Jaguar XF Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres Problems

On cold mornings it I put on a hard lock my front wheels slightly jump and make a crunching noise. After a while it drives fine. There is no unusual wear on the tyres

Vibration through steering wheel when braking from speeds of around 50 - 70 mph. I have recently had the front and rear pads and discs changed as advised by garage but vibration is still present.
