2005 Hyundai Tucson Problems

select gear into drive but car does not move at all..cannot feel that jerk feeling of the car. transmission oil level okay. gear selects freely into all gears accepts car does not move. reverse gear as well.

I have no sidelights or fog lights or tail working all that is working is brake stop lights rear fog lights and head lights

My problem is that the car is very heavy on fuel no matter how carefull I drive. I'm lucky if I get an average of 25mpg. The car has only done 14000 miles and serviced at regular intervals. Any ideas?
