Hyundai Tucson Gearbox & Clutch Problems

6 speed manual, 200k km on it, synchro disintegrated, 'common problem' according to dealer. Not good enough, I thought I'd get long life out of it, turned out it's only as disposable as all the others..Dacia or Chinese next time...

Totally out of the blue the gearbox crunches when going into 4th gear. Is it a common problem and what response comes from Hyundai?

Sudden problems going into 5th and 6th gear. Crunching/grinding.. sure I smell burning! Maybe imagined… 57 plate 57,000 miles. Rough estimate of repair or get a new car. Ragin!

2018 Tuscon. Won't go from 5th gear to 6th. Happened overnight. When car is stalled it will go in to 6th gear but not while driving. 68k miles almost 5 years old.

all other gears change up and down ok just 6th gear grating when changing up to 6th

No problem in shifting gears but the clutch pedal is becoming stiff during long drive.

the clutch is working fine no problems getting gears ect. but i have been told i have a high clutch and will need replacing soon and would be expensive
