Judders in 5th on cruise control or without and if your going slow in a gear then put the foot down it rubbles why is this

Defective Start/Stop button

Bought the car December 2010 from UK dealer. Within a month of owning it the Start/Stop button became defective. Car was a no go. RAC could not fix it so had to be recovered and returned to Hyundai. Hyundai took 10 days to fix and diagnosed...
