Can I wire the live wire into the battery fuse box ignitionfuse on my car to run my running lights as I have to find a live connection I have got a fuse holder that will replace the existing fuse and run a double fuse. Will this work my run...

Front fog lights

I want to install front fog lights on my car. Has the model got a loom for attaching the lights and do I have to change the light stalk to install front fog lights. Or do I have to rewire them with a switch.
