Ford Kuga Gearbox & Clutch Problems

On an incline travelling between 60-70 mph at around 2000 revs the car judders violently 2 to 3 times before changing down. The dealer claims there is no fault and they are unable to do anything.

Service notice will appear and then the car won’t change gears automatically. Can stop and start engine again and will disappear till weeks later and do it again. Had been service and is showing no faults

When the car is parked on a hill facing up it when you try to go it lags and stalls 2/3 times and then it will go . When parked level no issues . Any ideas?
