Ford KA Gearbox & Clutch Problems

Sometimes its really sticky to change gear and recently its started sounding like loose cylinders only way i can describe it any advice would be much appreciated!

When going into 3rd gear at any point. Sometimes it works. Other times is slips out it grinds really bad

after a run of 20 miles plus I am enable to select any gear. If I turn off and remove key, then replace key and re start the problem clears, until it repeats the same problem.
