Ford Focus Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights Problems

The central locking is not working, possibly after using a key that was not the original. Any ideas on how this can be fixed and at what sort of cost

after the engine has been running for 25 seconds the battery light comes on, even thou the car is charging up to 13.4 volts. it has recently had a new battery and alternator! any help please?
