Fiat Punto Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights Problems

Headlights stay on and won't turn off.

Problem occurred after wiring in active subwoofer by splicing into speaker cable on loom. Now I have no instrument clusters working ie: fuel gauge, speedometer, temperature gauge.

No indicators of lights on dashboard but headlights still working

When i first start the car the windows work but when i stop and get out they stop working.
