1998 Daewoo Matiz Problems

i stopped my car for fuel then it wouldnt start then when it did it was ropet once i got it home i disconnected the battery and left overnight it started fine went for a drive after a couple of miles it wouldnt accelerate can you help?

Engine keeps surging when idling, I have already replace the O2 sensor and the whole throttle assembly including idle air control valve and the throttle position sensor.

head gasket went pressured water presure tested ok refaced new gaskets oil anti frezze timming belt drove it smoking bad and burning the oil is it some thing ive done or is it a problem they have????????
