2003 Citroen Xsara Problems

The dipped beam setting does not come on immediately with the stalk switch. After about 4 mins they come on (switch still on). Both sidelights and high beam ok. Turn switch off and lights stay on even with key removed. I have the mk2 Picass...

My picasso Head Lights won't switch off even when the key is turned off. Is this a relay fault or the stalk comp ? I have taken out the left and right bright beam fuses. All other lights working fine.

loud sort of knocking from front of the car i had front wheel bearing replaced, not as bad once take foot off accelerator, when bearing replaced garage said they cant find any thing serious but it real loud now

The battery on my picasso looses all of its charge over a few days(the battery is new)I make sure every thing is turned off,but if not used for 2-3 days its completely dead. Please, any suggestions?
