hi does anyone no how to bypass the solenoid on a 1.9 td fuel pump on a w reg/2000 model as theres fuel getting to the pump but not to the injectors

my synergies had a replacement engine which is from a peugeot 806 my cars been in my local garage for 3 mths the problem is theres no diesel getting to injectors can anybody solve the problem.cheers

ive acquired a starter moter but dont know where it is located to replace it.
