2008 Citroen C2 Problems

Car broke down last night. I’m not sure if it’s cam belt or a engine fail. Last year I was told the head gasket was on its way out but no milky oil or any symptoms. I’m at a standstill what’s happening

seems that there is no electrical flow to engine, lights, washers ,wipers, indicaters central locking works , was wondering if fault lies with alarm system.

Almost like a flat battery but it's not can't even lock the doors or unlock

when accelerating my sons car pulls to the right and when dropping of accelerator pulls to left

I've started hearing a whistling noise when the car is idling. It appears to be coming from the throttle body, but I'm not sure. If it is that will I have to replace the whole unit or are there serviceable parts to it?
