Citroen Berlingo Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights Problems

no hand book ? what warning is

Red warning triangle has appeared in dash panel for no apparent reason I cannot find a fault. Anyone got any ideas please.

Twice in six months the rear glass has blown outwards. No glass in car just on the road.
