Audi A6 Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights Problems

we left the car for about two weeks without using it then took it for a drive tried the wipers and nothing even though the washer works, checked fuse and it was fine. i wonder if its the relay if so where is it and is it easy to change.

Indicators started to play up a while ago but was just an intermittant problem at first. Sometimes were fine, other times stopped after 4-8 flashes but the problem became more frequent until they completely gave up the ghost recently. Hazar...

All four indicator lights are on all the time
