I keep getting stuck in gear sometimes it will let change gear then it won't, the clutch pedal goes soft and have to press it to the floor and it won't let me go in or out of gear so it turned engine off and waited for 5mins started it back...

Started flashing 2 days ago.

Lacquer through out fuel system likely from California gas, cleaning recommendations please. Won't start.

Do you have to remove the metal pipe to fit the belt ?
