Fiat Punto cooling system over heating

The Problem
fiat punto
keeps over heating. had new head gasket
fitted .new water pump. new thermostat.
but every journey i make the coolant is
rising in the header tank i have to open
bleed screws to release pressure is there
a blockage, or air getting into the cooling
system ???????????

Suggested Solution
Was the cyl head checked / tested before gasket replaced ? If it keeps overheating ,pressurising and getting air in cooling system , would suggest still got head gasket problems . A sniff test ( block test ) will confirm or eliminate that theory .
