Ford Mondeo car wont start

2005 Ford Mondeo Problem

The Problem:

timing chain tensioner went so had to replace them along with head...injectors were sent to be checked and were fine.....now car wont start.
diesel is getting to injectors but it seems as though its not getting to the cylinders.....although fires up with easystart but only runs till easystart runs out......HELP!!!!

have you bled the fuel system properly as these engines are a nightmare to start if the fuel system is not completely bled through, does the car run ok when you use the easy start?if the fuel side of things is ok,check your timing is all ok then it would be worth checking your compressions and go from there
