Peugeot 106 wipers, indicators, power steering not working

The Problem
Hi, I tried to turn on the wipers this morning, but I think I hadn't waited long enough for them to defrost properly. Now they won't work at all, and neither will the indicators or the power steering. The fuses are ok and everything else seems fine, anyone know what could have gone wrong?

have you tried the relay in the engine .there is also a fuse box in the too.
