2001 Daewoo Matiz Problem

The Problem:

I have just had a key re-chipping service look at vehicle and found no live feed to re-chipping computer. car turns over (with red security light flashing, yet will not start. He says ECU at fault immobilising car fuel and spark. Is this a known fault and is there a work around. Thanks

all i can say is get a auto electrition on the car and they will be able to resolve the wire fault for you unless the fault is the immobliser then you will have to consult your daewoo dealer for a new one

If you are saying that he had no power to his diagnostic tool from the socket it plugs into you may only have a blown fuse. Other than these cars do suffer from poor wiring
