Toyota Aygo wheels locked - car wont move

The Problem
started car, put into forward and revved the engine but the car wont move. Tried reverse and still nothing. Think the brakes might be locked as the brake pedal is taut.
ps the handbrake is off!

well to start with the wheels will need to be removed for inspection and a clean and free up any seized parts in the brakes system dont attempt this unless you know what you are doing seek professional help if not sure
