My Dad experienced the same problem with his Vauxhall Insignia 1.8 Exclusive. He only done 6300 miles before the vehicle broke down. It was taken to Vauxhall dealer with all familiar consequences, that is it's his own fault and hence he is to pay £1600.00. Dealer wants to know nothing and so do Vauxhall Customer Care Team. He has been driving for over 40 years and never had similar problem with other cars, let alone a nearly new with such a low milage.
I would be very grateful if you could advise whether you managed to resolve the issue?
Any relevant advise will be highly appreciated.
