I'd connect up my diagnostics in "flight" mode then run the car,
Flight mode basically record sensor data for reading later,
So when back at the garage and if the fault is recreated I an scroll to where the data would hopefully show a glitch/blip in one of the readings.
So I'm suggesting you find a diagnostic specialist,
Not a dealer code reader,
These guys are not cheap but how much have you thrown at it in vain so far?
