Has anyone else had this problem....sometimes the drivers side electric window works and other times, opens but fails to close. It really played up once going through the channel tunnels passport control....had to open the door for fear of the window not closing in the ****in rain!

The switch is dual action on drivers side only, push it a little and window moves whilst you're holding the button, push it all the way and the window will open fully with no need to keep hold of the button....same for closing....BUT the user manual makes no reference to this at all.

There is an overload feature but I don't use the window enough to trigger this but maybe the overload switch could be faulty.

I could take it in as it's under warranty but I've moved to France, so will have to wait for next trip which could be a while as I've busted my wrist....all fun an games here yer know!!!

If anyone has had a similar problem please let us know how you got round it. Thanks. Mike

I would get the work done under warranty. As any other work will affect the warranty.
